SV Elversberg has seen a remarkable increase in membership applications since their promotion to the Bundesliga. In just four days, over 3,000 new applications have been received, reflecting the enthusiasm of the fans. Before the last matchday, where the promotion was secured against Preußen Münster, the club already had 9,150 members. If a portion of the new applications is accepted, the membership count could surpass the 10,000 mark for the first time. In comparison, during the first 2. Bundesliga season in 2023/2024, there were only 2,600 members. This indicates that the membership has quadrupled in just two and a half years. To attend Bundesliga matches live at the Kaiserlinde stadium, membership is almost essential. SV Elversberg has stated that nearly all seats are already occupied by season ticket holders, severely limiting the chances for non-members to purchase tickets. In the past season, about three-quarters of the approximately 10,000 seats in the stadium were occupied by season ticket holders. Only members had a right of first refusal for the remaining tickets. This policy will also remain in place for the first Bundesliga season. No day tickets will be available, as tickets for the home section have always been sold out in advance.
